In [1], the authors have discovered the following errors in the follow-up times. In the abstract line 11, in the introduction last line, and discussion line 4, the number 8 should be replaced with the number 6, as the follow-up time is 6 years, not 8 years. In the results section 3.4, line 1 and 2 should read: Mean follow-up time was 6.4 years in the combination treatment arm and 6 years in the chemotherapy arm (overall estimate: 6.2 years). These errors do not affect the conclusions of the original paper. The authors sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and for any confusion this may have caused.
