This paper takes the bullet train components as the research object, Studied the application of digital twin technology in the virtual-real interaction of bullet train components. Based on the digital twin five-dimensional model, the virtual and real interaction technical framework of bullet train components is established. Taking the bogies of bullet trains as an example, the geometric model was built with Solidworks and 3Dmax. The construction method of the physical model is introduced. This paper describes the composition of the digital twin bogie data, including physical data acquisition, data transmission and integration, data analysis and processing, feedback and control. The Socket protocol is used to complete the data transmission and processing, which realizes the remote state monitoring of the bullet train components. In order to verify the accuracy of the digital twin system, the bogie displacement error test based on real-time virtual-real synchronization is carried out, the results show that, there are some errors in the displacement of physical entities and virtual models, but the accuracy is within the allowable range. The system is expected to improve the safety of bullet trains.
