To address the challenges of laser transmission and alignment accuracy in complex underwater environments, the quickrelease modular assembly is study proposes a high-precision, highly reliable laser alignment adjustment mechanism designed for adaptability in such conditions. The solution introduces a transmitting-end device and a receiving-end device within the alignment adjustment mechanism. A tripod structure ensures stability, while a multi-degree-of-freedom (DOF) adjustment system for azimuth and elevation enables precise control of the laser optical path. A linkage rod design allows flexible multi-section assembly, facilitating pre-deployment ground testing and on-site fine-tuning, thereby significantly reducing installation complexity and time costs. The mechanism incorporates an optical path reflection technique, combining a laser pointer at the transmitting end with a pinhole optical film device at the receiving end to achieve rapid target positioning. This approach effectively resolves signal transmission challenges in special testing environments such as ice-covered water surfaces, aiming to enhance the reliability and efficiency of underwater laser communication, detection, and engineering applications.
