Research on Nonlinear Hydraulic Servo System Control Algorithm

This paper systematically analyzes the general modeling process of hydraulic servo system, points out the simplified conditions of its approximation as a linear model, and makes clear the shortcomings of its control as a linear model. In order to satisfy the land-based arresting device’s accuracy control of the hydraulic servo system requirements, using the immunity algorithm to control the hydraulic servo system, the internal unmodeled dynamics process of hydraulic servo system, the internal and external disturbance quantity as an extended state, through the estimated expansion and using the control volume of its compensation, obtained the good control effect. The estimation of the unmodeled dynamic characteristics makes the whole control process less dependent on the accuracy of the model. The problem of nonlinear control can be solved by compensating the internal nonlinear characteristics as disturbance quantity. Adopted linear extended state observer and the pd control with the combination of control method, because the immunity control algorithm parameters is more, this article through the theoretical analysis of parameters and the system stability, the relationship between parameter setting process is given, based on the actual prototype test proved that the proposed method is feasible, improve the control performance of hydraulic servo system.
