PHASE DIAGRAMS OF RARE-EARTH IRON GARNETS WITH A COMPENSATION POINT AT THE PHASE TRANSITIONS INTERACTIONS

Based on experimental data of the behavior of magnetic phases of partially substituted rare-earth garnet ferrites (BiYLu)3(FeGa)5O12 and (BiGd)3(FeGa)5O12 near the magnetic compensation point in strong magnetic fields, a phenomenological model is proposed to explains the behavior of the non-collinear phase, taking into account the paraprocess during mutual influence of the spin-reorientation phase transition and the Neel point.
