This paper presents the current formulation of Evoltropy Theory (ET), a proposed physical framework in which gravitation, clock-rate variation, light propagation, and the large-scale expansion of space arise from a microscopic Evolution structure rather than from fundamental curvature of an otherwise featureless spacetime continuum. The theory introduces two central dynamical quantities: an Evolution Potential E(x), representing the local state/rate of physical becoming, and an Evolution Current JE(x), representing directed transport of Evolution through the underlying structure. Matter is proposed to interact with this structure through a single microscopic law involving relative Evolution current, thereby providing a common mechanism for free fall, gravitational time dilation, optical propagation, and inertial response. The formulation is deliberately anchored to the Painlev´e–Gullstrand (PG) flowing-space representation of general relativity, but replaces the interpretation of the flow by a microscopic Evolution Current and permits a discrete, granular substrate of invariant nodes. In the weak-field limit the theory is required to reproduce Newtonian gravity; in the relativistic limit it is constructed to recover the Schwarzschild/Painlev´e–Gullstrand metric and therefore the standard leading-order predictions for Mercury’s perihelion advance, gravitational redshift, gravitational lensing, and Shapiro delay. These recovery calculations are presented asconsistency targets o...
