Before deployment as part of a street-level sensor network in Bristol, a total of 55 x nMETOS180 sensors (Pessl Instruments, Weiz, Austria) were tested for temperature in a climate chamber at the University of Reading. The climate chamber run a program of going through temperature ramps with 5 K increments from roughly -10°C to +45°C over the course of one day. The climate chamber did not actively control for humidity. The climate chamber period was: 03/05/2024 10:39:20 (BST) - 04/05/2024 09:44:09 (BST) Raw from the climate chamber reference sensor is in the file "12024.05.03.txt". Air temperatures in the chamber require the following correction. This correction has not been applied in the file. This correction was identified during a later check of the CC. Temperature = 0.8695 + 1.00710 × CC_temp The raw data from each nMETOS 180 are in the files "XXXXXXXX_station_data.xls" where "XXXXXXXX" are the hexadecimal manufacturer serial numbers of the nMETOS 180 systems. Data files have been downloaded from Pessl's "Field Climate" database. Also for each sensor a previe graph has been downloaded and labelled in the format "XXXXXXXX_station_data.png" (in the file "Graphs.zip"). Of the 55 nMETOS180 tested, 53 provided data and two failed due to technical problems: nMETOS 180 serial 04D13C42 did not submit any data at all and Number nMETOS 180 serial 04D13C76 did not submit air temperatures and humidity levels. All times are set to UTC. Information on the later deployment in the Brist...
