ETF Tracker is an open-source Python application for screening, comparing, and monitoring exchange-traded funds commonly available through Canadian self-directed brokerages. It combines an automated data-processing pipeline with an interactive Streamlit dashboard. The application evaluates more than 40 Canadian-listed ETFs across 13 categories using distribution-adjusted returns, volatility, drawdowns, Sharpe and Sortino ratios, management expense ratios, trend consistency, and portfolio correlations. It generates category-relative momentum, risk-adjusted performance, cost, quality, and overall scores to help users organize and compare ETF research. Key features include growth-of-$10,000 visualizations, risk–return comparisons, trend indicators, portfolio target-weight monitoring, correlation warnings, downloadable CSV and Excel reports, automated weekly data updates, and an offline demonstration mode. Scoring weights, ETF watchlists, management fees, and portfolio holdings can be customized through configuration files. ETF Tracker is intended for educational and research purposes. It does not provide financial advice, forecast future performance, recommend trades, or execute transactions. Source code on GitHub Interactive Streamlit application
