Data and code to reproduce the analyses of Diniz et al. (2026) The Reassembly of tropical plant-pollinator interactions: fast recovery driven by pollinator resistance and complementary functional turnover (under review). The data and code belong to the authors and may be used provided that due credit is given. * This is a manuscript under review. Please do not share the files and use them only during the review process. The repository will be made publicly available upon publication. Files: 0_helper_functions.R -> script with custom functions necessary for the following scripts. 1_Recovery.R -> code to model the recovery of floral resources, pollinators, and networks. 2_Derived_Indices.R -> code to obtain the derived indices used in the following analyses (FRRI, RI and CI) 3_Successional_niches.R -> code to estimate the successional niche breadth and optima of species in the chronosequence. 4_SEMs.R -> code to run the Structural Equation Models 5_Complementary_trait_recovery.R -> code to run the trait-based analysis of species responses to the chronosequence. agb.xlsx -> research plot aboveground biomass. bat_traits.csv -> functional traits of bees. bats_all.xlsx -> data table of all anthophilous bat individuals collected in the research plots.
