This software release contains the modified Community Terrestrial Systems Model framework used in Felfelani et al. (2026) to simulate riverine nitrate-nitrogen fate and transport. The release couples CLM5 with the MOSART nitrogen-routing implementation and pins the exact MOSART source-code commit used in the study through Externals.cfg.
