In recent years, the demand for automation in kitchen appliances has significantly increased due to the growing interest in smart home technologies. This project presents the design and implementation of a Smart Electric Stove based on the ESP32 microcontroller, aimed at improving the efficiency, safety, and convenience of cooking processes. The system is designed to automatically turn off the heater once the cooking process is complete, thereby preventing food overcooking and saving energy.Key features include dual-mode operation (manual and automatic), pulsebased whistle detection using an IR proximity sensor, and real-time IoT monitoring via the Thing Speak platform Index Terms-Smart Electric Stove, ESP32, IoT, Cooking, Thing Speak
