CRISPR-edited Oryza sativa genomes: SWEETs Mutagenesis in Huazhan and LK638S

This repository contains the pseudomolecules of two rice genomes, Huazhan and LK638S, which were modified using CRISPR-Cas9 targeted mutagenesis. Specific editing of the susceptibility genes OsSWEET11a, OsSWEET13, and OsSWEET14 resulted in the newly generated lines designated MS134HZ-4T2-4 and MS134LK-69, respectively.
