Andixius lii Lv, Chen & Yang, sp. nov. (Fig. 3) Diagnosis. The salient features of the new species include: vertex (Fig. 3A, C) with three brown markings; forewings (Fig. 3E) with 13 apical cells; hind tibia with six lateral spines, chaetotaxy of hind tarsi 6/6; pygofer with medioventral process (Fig. 3G) nearly semi-circular; anal segment (Fig. 2F, H) symmetrical; aedeagus (Fig. 3J–M) with five spinose processes, in left side, periandrium with lamellar process trifurcated apically, ventral margin with a long spinous process, dorsal part with a needle-like spinous process, endosoma without process. Description. Measurements. Total length: male 6.6–7.0 mm (N = 2). Coloration. General color (Fig. 3A, B) yellowish brown. Vertex greyish-yellow, with three brown markings. Eyes brown. Ocelli light grayish yellow. Frons yellowish brown, with two red markings medially, behind eyes with two brown spots. Clypeus yellowish brown. Antennae yellowish brown. Pronotum brown to dark brown. Mesonotum butternut-colored, middle part light. Forewings semi-translucent, basal and middle parts with oblique yellowish-brown stripe, costal area with three dark brown spots, rest with many variform brown to dark brown markings, veins deep yellow, stigma and tubercles brown (Fig. 3E).
