Fast and extensive digital transformation in higher education has changed the teaching and learning of English for Specific Purposes (ESP), especially in international relations programs.Today, international communication is often carried out through technology-mediated means, making it essential for future professionals not only to have a high level of foreign-language skills but also to be digitally competent, culturally aware, and capable of working effectively in multicultural and virtual situations.Therefore, traditional ESP teaching methods, which mainly focus on language skills and professional jargon, are no longer able to effectively prepare students for the communicative challenges of international professional life.The current study aims to explore how digital transformation has changed the teaching of ESP in international relations and to assess the pedagogical effectiveness of digital technologies for teaching professional, communicative, and intercultural skills.The methodology consists of theoretical approaches, including analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, and generalization of the recent academic works on digital language learning, virtual collaboration, artificial intelligence, intercultural communication, and technology-based ESP instruction.Special focus is given to the function of digital education settings, for example, learning management systems, virtual classrooms, mobile-assisted language learning, Collaborative Online International Lea...
