Discussion on Optimization of Evaluation System of Rheumatoid Arthritis Animal Model Combined with Disease and Syndrome

动物模型研究是探索疾病发病机制的前提。近年来,类风湿关节炎病证结合动物模型的评价体系虽逐渐趋于标准化,但仍面临评价指标繁杂、整合不足及评价层次模糊等问题。研究旨在根据实验需求,设想构建一个层次分明的模型评价体系框架。通过系统梳理疾病及证候的主次症状,赋予不同指标以主次权重,进而建立一个涵盖模型筛选与构建、证候评估、机制验证及药效评估全过程的评价体系框架,以期为类风湿关节炎病证结合动物模型的评价研究提供一定参考。Animal model research is the premise of exploring the pathogenesis of diseases. In recent years, although the evaluation system of rheumatoid arthritis syndrome combined with animal models has gradually become standardized, it still faces problems such as complex evaluation indicators, insufficient integration and ambiguous evaluation level. The purpose of this study is to construct a hierarchical model evaluation system framework according to the experimental needs. By systematically sorting out the primary and secondary symptoms of diseases and syndromes, and assigning primary and secondary weights to different indicators, an evaluation system framework covering the whole process of model screening and construction, syndrome evaluation, mechanism verification and drug efficacy evaluation is established, in order to provide a certain reference for the evaluation and research of rheumatoid arthritis syndrome combined with animal models.
