Research Progress on Jiedu Lidan Mixture in the Treatment of Chronic Cholecystitis Based on the PI3K/AKT Signaling Pathway

目的:慢性胆囊炎(Chronic Cholecystitis, CC)是临床常见胆道疾病,多由胆囊结石、炎症迁延及病原体感染引发,病情易反复,严重影响患者生活质量。磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B (Phosphatidylinositol 3-Kinase/Protein Kinase B, PI3K/AKT)信号通路可调控炎症释放与细胞增殖凋亡,参与慢性炎症及组织损伤的全程进展。本研究旨在系统梳理解毒利胆合剂活性成分与PI3K/AKT信号通路的关联性,阐明其治疗慢性胆囊炎的分子作用机制。方法:采用文献综述法,以“慢性胆囊炎、PI3K/AKT信号通路、中药活性成分”为关键词,检索知网、万方、PubMed等数据库2019~2026年相关中英文文献,对纳入文献的研究成果进行整理、归纳与分析。结果:文献分析表明,解毒利胆合剂可通过靶向调控PI3K/AKT信号通路活性,有效抑制机体炎症反应,阻断慢性胆囊炎的病理进展,发挥显著的治疗作用。结论:本研究明确了解毒利胆合剂依托PI3K/AKT信号通路治疗慢性胆囊炎的潜在机制,可为该方剂的深度机制研究提供理论支撑,同时为中医药治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床应用及成果转化提供参考依据。Objective: Chronic Cholecystitis (CC) is a common biliary tract disease in clinical practice. It is mostly caused by gallstones, persistent inflammation and pathogen infection. The disease tends to recur and seriously impair patients’ quality of life. The Phosphatidylinositol 3-Kinase/Protein Kinase B (PI3K/AKT) signaling pathway regulates inflammatory factor release, cell proliferation and apoptosis, and participates in the entire progression of chronic inflammation and tissue injury. This study aimed to systematically explore the correlation between the active ingredients of Jiedu Lidan Mixture and the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, and clarify its molecular mechanism against chronic cholecystitis. Methods: A literature review was conducted.
