Artifact evaluation package for ResSpec. It provides the frozen simulator and PPA calculator snapshots, experiment and plotting scripts, prompt and validation data, raw measurements, hardware profiles, and the automated workflow used to reproduce the paper's headline experiment, seven quantitative figures, and four result tables. GPU reproduction uses the separately archived, checksum-verified checkpoint assets documented in the artifact README.
