Study on Fuyang Cupping Therapy Combined with New Bobath Therapy for Post-Stroke Upper Limb Spastic Paralysis

目的:探讨扶阳罐法结合新Bobath技术在脑卒中后上肢痉挛性瘫痪患者中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月至2024年6月本院脑病科收治的80例上肢痉挛性卒中后患者,随机分为两组,各40例。所有患者均接受基础康复治疗,在此基础上,观察组采用扶阳罐法联合新Bobath技术进行干预,对照组仅给予新Bobath技术治疗。分别在治疗前及治疗4周后,采用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)和简化Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能量表(FMA)进行肌张力、日常活动能力和上肢运动功能的评定并记录不良反应。结果:治疗4周后,两组患者各项指标均有改善。与对照组相比,观察组在FMA和MBI评分方面提升更显著(p Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Fuyang Cupping method combined with the new Bobath technique in patients with upper limb spastic paralysis after stroke. Methods: Eighty patients with post-stroke upper limb spasticity admitted to the Neurology Department of our hospital from July 2021 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 patients in each. All patients received basic rehabilitation therapy. On this basis, the observation group was intervened with the Fuyang Cupping method combined with the new Bobath technique, while the control group received only the new Bobath technique. Before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment, the Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS), Modified Barthel Index (MBI), and simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment for Upper Extremity (FMA) were used to evaluate muscle spasticity, activities of daily living, and upper limb motor function, respectively.
