Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention in Postoperative Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的：系统综述中医药在老年混合痔术后应用的研究现状，重点探讨其在改善术后气虚、缓解排便困难及促进整体康复方面的作用机制与临床疗效。方法：检索近十年相关文献，对外用中药、口服中药及中医辅助治疗在老年混合痔术后的应用进行归纳与分析。结果：研究表明，老年混合痔术后通过中医药多途径的干预，能有效减轻术后疼痛、水肿等不适，显著改善患者术后气虚症状及便秘等，达到调节全身状态，缩短愈合周期的疗效。结论：中医药在老年混合痔术后康复过程中具有独特的优势，体现了“扶正祛邪”与“个体化治疗”的特点，值得进一步深入研究与推广。Objective: To systematically review the current research status of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) interventions in elderly patients following mixed hemorrhoid surgery, with a focus on the mechanisms and clinical efficacy in alleviating postoperative qi deficiency, relieving defecation difficulties, and promoting overall rehabilitation. Methods: Relevant literature published in the past decade was retrieved to summarize and analyze the application of topical Chinese herbal preparations, oral Chinese herbal medicines, and adjunctive TCM therapies in elderly patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Results: Studies have shown that multi-channel TCM interventions in elderly patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery can effectively reduce postoperative discomforts such as pain and edema, significantly improve postoperative qi deficiency symptoms and constipation, thereby achieving systemic regulation and shortening the healing period. Conclusion: TCM demonstrates unique advantages in the postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with mixed hemorrhoids, embodying the principles of “strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogens” and “individualized treatment”. It warrants further in-depth research and clinical promotion.
