Digital Inclusive Finance, Technology Coupling and Enterprise Supply Chain Resilience—Based on the Dual Path of Artificial Intelligence and Digital-Real Integration

基于2014~2023年沪深A股上市公司的面板数据，本文探讨了数字普惠金融对企业供应链韧性的影响。结果表明数字普惠金融通过推动数实融合与人工智能技术显著提升了企业供应链韧性且该效应在非国有企业、高科技行业和竞争性企业中更显著。本文基于资源基础理论与信息不对称理论为政府完善数字金融基础设施并引导企业利用数字化手段保障供应链安全提供了理论依据。Based on the panel data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2014 to 2023, this paper discusses the impact of digital inclusive finance on the resilience of enterprise supply chain. The results show that digital inclusive finance significantly improves the supply chain resilience of enterprises by promoting digital-real integration and artificial intelligence technology, and the effect is more significant in non-state-owned enterprises, high-tech industries and competitive enterprises. Based on the resource-based theory and information asymmetry theory, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the government to improve the digital financial infrastructure and guide enterprises to use digital means to ensure supply chain security.
