Reproducible code, frozen primary outputs, derived explanatory audits, provenance records, final supplementary materials, and submission-grade figures for a bidirectional Mendelian randomization reassessment of gut microbial traits and erectile dysfunction. Primary eligibility and multiplicity criteria were defined before screening. Cross-trait LD compression and exact-rsID phenotype annotation were targeted post hoc audits restricted to frozen alternative-outcome signals. HUNT provides an independent exposure cohort for same-SNP evaluation, not independent MR replication. Third-party GWAS payloads are not redistributed.
