Xenium In Situ spatial transcriptomics data from mouse brain sections in an α-synuclein preformed-fibril (PFF) model of Parkinson's disease, generated to support the study "Tissue Reconstruction with Generative AI" (Yu et al.).Control sections and harvested 3 months post-injection (3MPI) sections cover the amygdala and striatum of the whole sphere of brain. The predesigned 248-gene Xenium Mouse Brain Gene Expression panel was profiled across all sections on the Xenium in situ platform (10x Genomics).
