Complete reproducible release accompanying a manuscript on a provenance-linked rule test harness for post-deprescribing clinical decision support. The release contains fixed model specifications, calibration traces, patient-level simulated trajectories, replicate summaries, internal action-window robustness analyses, a representative CQL/FHIR PlanDefinition mapping, a controlled provenance update-impact drill, figures, and computational validation. It is not a validated bedside protocol or clinical prediction model.
