Maintaining overall beam performance is a critical aspect of high-energy, high-power laser facilities. We demonstrate improved beam quality in a 527 nm laser system by combining a stimulated Brillouin scattering phase conjugation mirror (SBS-PCM) with second-harmonic generation (SHG). A home-built double-pass Nd:YLF amplifier is employed to investigate frequency-doubled output performance. Experimental results show that the output beam obtained by combining SBS-PCM with SHG exhibits excellent focusing performance and stable pointing. Compared with a plane mirror, the SBS-PCM configuration markedly improves the frequency-doubled energy stability, simultaneously providing complementary spatiotemporal beam-quality optimization.
