The transformation of language learning in the digital era shows a significant gap in students' rhetorical and multimodal integration skills, which still tend to be weak in building audience-based arguments and combining text and visuals persuasively in the context of digital business communication. This study aims to develop and test the SATRIA Model as an integrated learning model that combines digital rhetoric, multimodality, and digital literacy in business persuasive writing in higher education. The study used a Research and Development (R&D) design based on the R2D2 framework with a mixed methods approach, involving 135 students and expert validators through validation stages, limited trials, and extensive trials. Quantitative data were analyzed using validity scores, N-gain, and t-tests, while qualitative data were analyzed thematically. The results showed that the SATRIA Model has a very high level of validity (92.2%) and is effective in improving students' persuasive writing skills with an average N-gain value of 0.55 (moderate category) and a significant difference (p <0.01). The most prominent improvements occurred in the aspects of rhetorical strategies and multimodal integration. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of design-based learning, digital literacy integration, and the use of authentic contexts in improving the quality of students' persuasive communication in the digital era.
