This dataset contains processed and de-identified species-level and pathway-level abundance matrices used for the MIJAM project. MIJAM, short for Multi-view Index and Joint Association Module analysis, is a multi-view metagenomic framework for modeling gut microbiome health as a structure-function state. The dataset includes processed taxonomic abundance profiles, processed pathway abundance profiles, and accompanying documentation files. Raw metagenomic sequencing reads, original sample-level metadata, clinical records, and accession information are not included in this record. The files are intended to support reproducibility of the reported computational analyses and should not be interpreted as raw sequencing data.
