<p>Supplementary Figure 4 presents the ROC curves of five models for the test set of the colorectal cancer dataset at 98.5% specificity. We compared SMAGS with two linear models (Logistic Regression and Weighted Logistic Regression) and two non-linear models (Support Vector Machine and Random Forest).</p>
