Supplementary. Fig. 6. In vivo anti-tumor activity of EMB-09 parental mAbs in transgenic C57B/6 mice. a The anti-tumor efficacy of tested antibodies alone or in combination was evaluated in hOX40 transgenic C57B/6 mice. MC38 tumor bearing mice were treated with the indicated antibodies 7 days after tumor implantation. 5 mg/kg of antibodies treated with 3 times at a 3-days’ interval (n = 8 per group, error bar: SEM). b The anti-tumor efficacy of tested antibodies was evaluated in hPD-L1 transgenic C57B/6 mice. Mice were subcutaneously inoculated with MC38-hPD-L1 tumor cells. 7 days after tumor implantation, mice were randomly allocated to different groups and treated with the indicated antibodies (10 mg/kg) for four times at a 3-days’ interval. Tumor volume was assessed. (n = 8 per group, error bar: SEM). 44-16 is the parental anti-OX40 mAb of EMB-09, 86-64 is the parental anti-PD-L1 mAb of EMB-09, Atezolizumab* is the Atezolizumab analogue.
