<p>Enrichment of pathways and cell types in the spatial landscape of tumor, invading, and normal cerebellum clusters. <b>A,</b> Gene sets significantly enriched in tumors compared with normal cerebellum as identified via GSEA (<i>P</i> < 0.05). ES (enrichment score) and −log<sub>10</sub> (<i>P</i> values) of pathways are shown. GSEA was performed using the hallmark gene sets in the Molecular Signatures Database (version 7.5.1).
