The purpose of this paper is for making clear that ‘the Melitz Model’ was the most appropriate theory to solve “Why is it that underdeveloped country can export industrial products?” which the former ‘the principle of comparative advantage’ could not have explained. Consequently, this paper will prove the legitimacy of "The Melitz Model" that demonstrate "only high productivity companies can earn profits enough to cover large fixed expenses required for exports", by verifying Samsung's emergence and developmental process. Furthermore for abolishing prejudices as well as bias against Samsung in Japan such as “Samsung is Emperor Management,” by observing the formation process and developmental process of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd..
