A deep learning-based single breath-hold abbreviated MRI protocol for hepatocellular carcinoma diagnosis was developed, enabling gadolinium-free, ultrafast imaging while preserving full-sequence diagnostic information and demonstrating performance comparable to that of conventional complete MRI.
