This repository contains processed data supporting the manuscript that are neither deposited in GEO nor included as supplementary material. Raw RNA-seq data generated in this study are available at GEO (accession: GSE327561). Current contents include: (1) Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) upstream regulator analysis of 1,024 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and 6,175 differential open chromatin regions (DORs) with candidate regulatory targets, and (2) normalized RNA-seq expression table (TPM) for HUC, four non-metastatic (TCCSUP, RT112, RT4, and T24), and seven metastatic samples (T24T, SLT3, FLT3, UMUC3, LUL2, 253J, BV and PDX).
