User‑imperceptible EV charging coordinated strategy based on user preferences

To address the problem of severe overload of distribution transformers caused by the uncoordinated connection of electric vehicles (EVs), while balancing the interests of power grids and electricity consumers, this paper proposes a user imperceptible EV charging coordinated strategy based on user preferences. First, users are categorized into time-sensitive and cost-sensitive types, and a quantitative model is established to characterize the grid-connection and grid-disconnection time of EVs; then, a user-imperceptible control model is formulated. The proposed strategy effectively alleviates the severe overload of transformers, leverages the adjustable nature of EV loads, and achieves user-imperceptible control that balances the operational needs of power grids and the convenience demands of users.
