Expanding the Clinical Spectrum of Mycobacterium haemophilum Infection: Absence of Cutaneous Manifestations in Immunocompromised Hosts

infection typically presents with cutaneous manifestations. Absence of cutaneous involvement is rare and diagnostically challenging. We report 2 immunocompromised adults, a liver transplant recipient and a patient receiving tumor necrosis factor-α inhibitor, without cutaneous manifestations. These cases expand the recognized clinical spectrum and underscore the importance of considering this pathogen in immunocompromised hosts even in absence of cutaneous involvement.
