社会科・公民科教育法における生成AIの活用事例について

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) established guidelines in December 2024 for the utilization of generative AI in elementary and secondary education. The Curriculum Guidelines position “information literacy” as a foundational competency for learning, emphasizing the importance of being able to utilize information technology in learning and daily life. When utilizing AI in school educational activities, it is necessary to assess whether it is effective for achieving learning objectives, and it is appropriate to start with limited use. Therefore, we present examples of generative AI utilization from this year's “Teaching Methods for Social Studies and Civics” course, which included the use of information and communication technology.
