Design and implementation of remote operation and maintenance application system for marine exhaust aftertreatment equipment

With the rapid development of the shipping industry, the emission of pollutants from ship exhaust has increased significantly, leading to a heavy burden on the operation and maintenance of exhaust aftertreatment equipment. In order to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of marine exhaust aftertreatment equipment, this paper constructs a remote operation and maintenance application system for marine exhaust aftertreatment equipment based on a two-layer architecture of "ship-shore". A digital operation monitoring and fault alarm model that comprehensively characterizes the equipment operation status were established, which realizes the visual display of the equipment operation status through a monitoring large screen. Test results shows that the scheme has a good performance in data transmission achievement rate and corresponding time. It has a promising future to reduce the operation risk of marine exhaust aftertreatment equipment, and accelerate the pace of digital and intelligent transformation of marine products.
