The repository contains original images and data for olive pits as part of the paper "Morphometric Properties of Olive (Olea europaea) Pits: A Dataset for Cultivar Identification and Analysis" submitted for review in 2025. With it, a stand alone software "PitAnalyzer" developed for use in this work. the software performs image analysis and retrieves 16 morphometric parameters for each image.
