This repository contains the extended data files for the manuscript titled "SVScope improves somatic structural variations detection via graph-genome optimization". Content Specification The repository includes two primary compressed archives: Extended Data File 1.zip (somatic SV vcf file): This file contains a comprehensive VCF file representing the somatic structural variation (SV) landscape of the HCC1395 breast cancer cell line, validated through SVScope and orthogonal PCR experiments. Extended Data File 2.zip (IGV Validation): This file includes high-resolution Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV) snapshots with phasing information for the validated somatic SVs.
