Research on Risk Assessment and Response Strategies of Domestic Database Transformation in Electric Power Information Communication

In the context of digital transformation of power information and communication systems, the localization transformation of databases is the core link to achieve independent and controllable key infrastructure. However, the transformation process faces multidimensional risks such as technical adaptation, engineering implementation, and safety compliance. This study constructed a risk assessment framework and response strategy system suitable for power communication scenarios: by integrating the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model, a three-dimensional evaluation index system was established for technical adaptability, engineering implementation difficulty, and safety compliance, achieving quantitative analysis of transformation risks; Design a multilayer response strategy for syntax conversion middleware, dual active architecture deployment, and security permission control, forming a closed-loop management of "evaluation policy verification". The experiment shows that the framework has an accuracy rate of 92% in identifying the risks of power database transformation, and the response strategy reduces the delay of core business transaction processing by 42.7%, reduces the occurrence rate of risk events by 65%, and meets the real-time requirements of power system ⩽ 50ms and the compliance standards of equal protection 2.0.
