<p>Supplementary Figure 14 shows the the response of EML4-ALK-driven lung tumors to lorlatinib in vivo, including tumor volume measured by µCT and histology, adaptively sampled mean tumor size of tumor suppressor knockouts, Kolmogorov–Smirnov (KS) distance between the cumulative density plots of the lorlatinib-treated and the “shrunk” vehicle-treated sgInert tumor sizes, estimated optimal shrinkage values of sgInert tumors, and the impact of each tumor suppressor targeting vector on lorlatinib response.</p>
