Abstract The orbital angular momentum (OAM) holography, leveraging infinite orthogonal OAM channels, has increased the information capacity. However, the simultaneous full‐polarization control remains largely unexplored, leaving an important degree of freedom of light untapped. Here, the full polarization control of the OAM holography using a single‐layer dielectric metasurface is proposed and experimentally demonstrated, composed of supercells with identical nanopillars but varying orientation angles to achieve independent complex‐amplitude modulation of two circular polarizations. Through their superposition at the pixel scale with designed amplitude ratios and phase differences, the desired spatially varying polarization is distributed on the reconstructed holograph preserving the encoded OAM properties. By the simultaneous multiplexing of the OAM and the polarization, eight target images across eight distinct polarization channels and four OAM channels are successfully encrypted, enhancing the capacity and security of optical encryption. This compact platform for the multidimensional optical manipulation has potential applications in multifunctional, miniaturized, and integrated optical devices.
