The focal point of segmented mirror technology is the optimal primary mirror configuration. This study compares performance across different segment topologies and evaluates circular segmented mirrors as an alternative to hexagonal ones. Additionally, in response to trends in efficient development and batch manufacturing of segmented mirrors, we propose a configuration for concentric circular array layout based on circular segmented mirrors. This configuration matches hexagonal segments in spatial frequency representation while maximizing circular segments' advantages in simplified fabrication, easy replication, fewer types, and cost-effectiveness. Moreover, it significantly reduces the number of off-axis segments, thereby reducing the construction cost of the telescope. Finally, we propose three configurations that can achieve the same collecting area as a 30-meter monolithic mirror telescope. This work aims to provide valuable insights and guidance for the future design and construction of large-aperture segmented telescopes.
