An exome capture panel of the Triticeae D genome facilitates defining the introgression landscape of Aegilops tauschii ‐wheat derivatives

To diagnose introgression from ancestor species Aegilops tauschii into common wheat, the ATPanExomeV1 genotyping panel was developed based on the genomes of Ae. tauschii and modern wheat. The panel showed significant potential for recognizing introgression segments, structural variations, and discovering new genes or haplotypes in the derivatives of Ae. tauschii.
