Abstract Bacteria‐infected wound often emerges with accumulation of dense exudates and toxins such as lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and peptidoglycan (PGN) released by bacteria, creating a vicious cycle of nutrient enrichment, bacterial proliferation, and toxin‐induced inflammation that aggravates infection. While most current strategies focus primarily on antibacterial activity, they often neglect the critical roles of exudate clearance and inflammation control. Here, a wood‐based biopatch (pro‐bioP) is designed to accelerate bacteria‐infected wound healing through a photothermal‐triggered programmed therapeutic strategy. This approach integrates photothermal bacteria‐killing, photothermal enhanced exudate drainage, and capture of LPS or PGN to mitigate excessive inflammation. Both in vitro and in vivo results demonstrate that pro‐bioP exhibits potent antibacterial efficacy, efficient removal of viscous exudates, and strong anti‐inflammatory activity, thereby promoting rapid tissue repair. As mentioned above, the pro‐bioP provides a strategy for wound therapy with bacterial infection and accompanying inflammation.
