In the article appearing in volume 97 pages 901-907, of Neurosurgery entitled “Quantifying the Importance of Upper Cervical Extension Reserve in Adult Cervical Deformity Surgery and Its Impact on Baseline Presentation and Outcomes” there were several errors.1 The professional degrees for authors Schoenfeld, Diebo, Daniels, Eastlack, Mundis, Kebaish, Mullin, Fessler, Mummaneni, Chou, Hamilton, Lee, Soroceanu, Scheer, Protopsaltis, Kim, Buell, Hostin, Jr, Gupta, Klineberg, Riew, Burton, Schwab, Bess, Shaffrey, and Ames were either incomplete or incorrect. These have been corrected.
