Enhanced therapeutic efficacy of folic acid-decorated Ti 3 C 2 MXenes in targeted combination therapy for liver cancer

We created the DOX/Ti 3 C 2 /PDA/PEG–FA nanocomposite for targeted liver cancer treatment. This nanocomposite enables precise delivery and triggers heat and drug release under laser irradiation, boosting efficacy and minimizing toxicity.
