High Resolution Image Download MS PowerPoint Slide Herein, we report a novel palladium-catalyzed asymmetric hydrothioesterification of alkynes under mild conditions, enabling the precise construction of axially chiral carboxylic thioester derivatives with excellent yields, regioselectivity, E / Z selectivity, and enantioselectivity. Disulfides and thiosulfonates were applicable, as well.
