We present a comprehensive dataset on the prevalence of Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato (B. burgdorferi s.l.) in ticks across Eurasia, comprising 2528 records from 522 publications from 2000 to 2023. The dataset encompasses 6 tick genera and 73 tick species, with detailed documentation of 18 specific Borrelia genospecies as well as co-infections and untypeable genospecies. Each record provides detailed metadata, including tick species, life stages, collection methodologies, and geographical coordinates across various administrative levels. This unified resource addresses the lack of integrated surveillance data on B. burgdorferi s.l. across Eurasia and serves as a foundation for epidemiological analyses, predictive modeling, and evidence-based public health interventions for Lyme disease prevention.
