Agile product innovation design demands efficient generation of high-value concepts, effective patent risk management, and enhanced innovation quality. While technological evolution laws guide early product R&D with high value, their abstract application routes hinder concept development. Subsequent design using these concepts often fails from lacking full-cycle patent risk control. Detailed design lacks agility without precise R&D methods matching high-value concepts. This paper proposes an agile innovation design method for initial products to address the above problems. It constructs a Three-Layer Statics Evolution Model to structure high-value concept generation, breaking through traditional limitations. A dual-dimensional patent screening strategy filters domain-specific and cross-domain similar patents, forming an innovation strategy map via ‘concept-patent’ correlation. A precise TRIZ tool mechanism applies trimming to avoid high-risk in-domain patents and enables cross-domain solutions via analogical design. A dual-layer patent evaluation process under institutional constraints closes the design loop. This method clarifies concept generation and R&D paths, minimises patent risks, shortens cycles, and boosts agility. In the interventional surgical robot case, the method generated 16 concepts, with 5 key technologies patented, verifying its efficiency and engineering value.
