The article by Diab et al entitled “Randomized, Open-Label, Phase III Study of Tilsotolimod in Combination With Ipilimumab Versus Ipilimumab Alone in Patients With Advanced Refractory Melanoma (ILLUMINATE-301)” (Journal of Clinical Oncology 10.1200/JCO.24.00727) was published online March 6, 2025, with an error. The previously uploaded protocol was for the phase I/II trial, not the intended phase III trial. This has been corrected as of June 25, 2025. The authors apologize for the error.
